The agreement should be prepared in mother language of the buyer/purchaser
TİTLE DEED TRANSACTİONS
The documents that are required for title deed transactions are only passport photocopy and 2 passport size photos.
Our company representatives will assist you during the title deed transaction process
CHARGES
Title deed transfer charges are up to 4% of the house selling price
INSURANCE
We recommend you to take out a household insurance after completing house purchasing process. This insurance can be arranged through any Turkish İnsurance company. İf you wish our Company representatives can assist also in these processes.
